We called... read more another company initially, who came for a service call, charged us $250 to tell us the thermocouple needed to be replaced, but it would take 1-2 months to come from Italy. After 2 months of waiting, they stopped responding to us and told us the part just hadn’t arrived yet. When I called Deep to explain the situation, he said “I’m pretty sure I have that part in stock”, I’ll be there tomorrow! He not only fixed it in under an hour, he was also very knowledgeable and helped me better understand my appliance. I will absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for efficient appliance repairs. Will definitely be calling him again for any future repairs.

He returned two days later with the part and the repair was done within 2 - 3 hours. He programmed the circuit board to conform with the new compressor specification which avoids needing a new compressor within a year or two. I would definitely recommend Deep to anyone with an appliance problem.

After having a terrible experience with Bosch BSH... read more Home appliances, I was so relieved to find someone who actually took the time to properly diagnose and fix my refrigerator. The Bosch technician came for only 22 minutes, charged me $261, and told me that my 10 year old refrigerator is not repairable and that the compressor was finished with a gas leak. He couldn’t fix it and left me thinking I would have to replace the entire fridge. He also made a comment about my stove saying it will also need replacement within 2 years!!! Then I called Fix Your Appliances, and what a difference! The technician spent about 2 hours carefully checking my refrigerator, diagnosing the actual problem, and explaining everything to me. He found the actual issue with the inverter board, ordered the correct part, and didn’t even charge me until the repair was completed. He came back, replaced the part, and my fridge is working perfectly again! 🙌 And as an added bonus, he also fixed my Breville espresso machine, which I thought I would have to replace as well! He is professional, honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he takes the time to find the actual problem instead of immediately telling customers to replace their appliances. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
